MIND-BODY
PERSON-CENTERED
THERAPY FOR ADULTS
THERAPEUTIC PHILOSOPHY
Alissa considers herself to be a warm, grounding individual, and is here to learn from you and walk with you on your mental health journey. Her work in life is inspired by the voyage of bringing ourselves back into inherent wholeness through verbal processing, movement, somatic attunement, and exploration of the full, multitudinous self. She strives to create a grounded container of warmth and trust in every session where each client feels safe to be their honest and authentic self.
